Summary
Date: 65 C.E. (If authentic), 90-100 C.E. (If anonymous)
The letter to Titus, addresses church structure, appointment of leaders/presbyters, and false teachings that threatened the community of believers at Crete. Notable in the second chapter of this letter is a form of Christian household code. Scholarship is nearly unanimous that this is not an authentic letter of Paul but was likely written by a later disciple of Paul or a sympathetic commentator of Pauline history.
