Obadiah charges Edom with violence done to its brother Jacob. The Greek Septuagint translation changes the single charge into two, slaughter and impiety, adding an accusation of godlessness not found in the Hebrew version.

When they cast lots over Jerusalem, you behaved as though you were in league with them.

9 Your warriors from Teman shall be terrified, as a consequence of which humankind shall be removed from the mountain of Esau. 10 On account of the slaughter and impiety of your brother Jacob, shame will cover you, and you shall be removed for the age. 11 From the day you stood opposite, on the day foreigners captured his army and strangers entered his gates and cast lots for Jerusalem, you too were like one of them.

... The last word of verse 9, מקטל, is a synonym of מחמס at the beginning of verse 10. The phrase מחמס אחיך is alluded to in Joel 4:19 ואדום למדבר שממה תהיה מחמס בני יהודה (the Septuagint ἐξ ἀδικιῶν υἱῶν Ιουδα). The Greek translator of Obadiah noticed the difficulty of the Hebrew text, and glossed it over by attaching מקטל to verse 10, and connected it with מחמס by adding διὰ τὴν σφαγὴν καὶ τὴν ἀσέβειαν τὴν εἰς τὸν ἀδελφόν σου Ιακωβ. ...
