Ezekiel 37:27
26 I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be a perpetual covenant with them. I will establish them, increase their numbers, and place my sanctuary among them forever. 27 My dwelling place will be with them; I will be their God, and they will be my people. 28 Then, when my sanctuary is among them forever, the nations will know that I, the Lord, sanctify Israel.’”

3 On that day Mine Elect One shall sit on the throne of glory And shall try their works, And their places of rest shall be innumerable. And their souls shall grow strong within them when they see Mine Elect Ones, And those who have called upon My glorious name: 4 Then will I cause Mine Elect One to dwell among them. And I will transform the heaven and make it an eternal blessing and light 5 And I will transform the earth and make it a blessing: And I will cause Mine elect ones to dwell upon it: But the sinners and evil-doers shall not set foot thereon.

"... The phrase in Revelation 7:15, translated in the NRSV as “will shelter them,” is σκηνώσει ἐπ᾽αὐτούς and carries the connotation of presence. The text of 1 Enoch 45:4 has a similar phrase, though in the causative: (“I will make him dwell among the chosen ones”). Both Revelation and the passage in the Book of Parables allude to and draw on Ezekiel 37:27: “my dwelling place shall be with them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people”. No relationship between Revelation and the Book of Parables can be drawn here, however; whereas the latter applies the tradition to the enthroned Chosen One, who dwells with God’s people as the agent of salvation and judgment, the language of Revelation 7 derives the divine presence from language concerned with “the throne of God” alone, something one would not expect were Revelation being influenced at this point by the Book of Parables ..."
