Genesis 6:13
12 God saw the earth, and indeed it was ruined, for all living creatures on the earth were sinful. 13 So God said to Noah, “I have decided that all living creatures must die, for the earth is filled with violence because of them. Now I am about to destroy them and the earth. 14 Make for yourself an ark of cypress wood. Make rooms in the ark, and cover it with pitch inside and out.
1 Enoch 10:1
1 Then the Most High, the Holy and Great One spoke, and sent Uriel to the son of Lamech, saying to him: 2 'Go to Noah and tell him in my name to hide himself and reveal to him that the end is near: the entire earth will be destroyed, a deluge is about to cover the whole earth and will wipe out everything on it. 3 And now instruct him so that he may escape and his descendants may be preserved for all future generations.'

"... 1 Enoch 10:1 ... God does not communicate directly with Noah, but sends his angel. The verb “to send” is a technical term indicating formal commissioning both of governmental officials (Nehemiah 2:5) and of prophets (Isaiah 6:8). The angelic name Sariel is relatively rare, but does occur in lists of the four archangels (see the Four - or Seven Archangels in Jewish and Early Christian Literature) ..."
