Genesis 1:27
26 Then God said, “Let us make humankind in our image, after our likeness, so they may rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move on the earth.” 27 God created humankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them, male and female he created them. 28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply! Fill the earth and subdue it! Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and every creature that moves on the ground.”
Jubilees 2:14
13 On the sixth day he made all the land animals, all cattle, and everything that moves about on the earth. 14 After all this, he made mankind — as one man and a woman he made them. He made him rule everything on earth and in the seas and over flying creatures, animals, cattle, everything that moves about on the earth, and the entire earth. Over all these he made him rule. These four kinds he made on the sixth day. 15 The total was 22 kinds.

"... As Jubilees will go on to explain, the phrase “male and female” (Genesis 1:27) actually means “a female inside a male,” that is, a little female homunculus contained in Adam’s body. Note that Jubilees makes no mention of humanity being made “in His image”—this was apparently too anthropomorphic for Jubilees’ author ..."
