Psalm 72:10
8 May he rule from sea to sea, and from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth. 9 Before him the coastlands will bow down, and his enemies will lick the dust. 10 The kings of Tarshish and the coastlands will offer gifts; the kings of Sheba and Seba will bring tribute. 11 All kings will bow down to him; all nations will serve him. 12 For he will rescue the needy when they cry out for help, and the oppressed who have no defender.
1 Enoch 53:1
1 There mine eyes saw a deep valley with open mouths, and all who dwell on the earth and sea and islands shall bring to him gifts and presents and tokens of homage, but that deep valley shall not become full. 2 And their hands commit lawless deeds, And the sinners devour all whom they lawlessly oppress: Yet the sinners shall be destroyed before the face of the Lord of Spirits, And they shall be banished from off the face of His earth, And they shall perish for ever and ever. 3 For I saw all the angels of punishment abiding (there) and preparing all the instruments of Satan.

"... 1 Enoch 53:1 ... The language of this verse may reflect Psalm 72:10 ... Since this is a royal psalm, the present verse may imply that the gifts are tribute to the Anointed One / Chosen One of the preceding chapter, or indeed that the persons who bring them are to be associated with those mentioned in 52:7. That is, the gifts are an attempt to stave off the judgment to be rendered by God's Anointed One ..."
