Summary of Hebrews

Description: The letter to the Hebrews was written to believers who may have been attracted to Jewish religious practices. The author, who is generally unknown and anonymous, writes to remind these believers of the superiority of the Jewish Christ and to exhort them to maintain their faith by providing examples of the faithfulness of the heroes of the Hebrew Bible. The letter also warns against disobedience and provides injunctions about Christian practice.
